How suites get assigned
No algorithm. The concierge reads your booking.
"We don't run an algorithm. The concierge reads your booking — number of guests, occasion, mobility needs, light preference, whether you've stayed before — and assigns the suite that fits. If you have a preference, tell us; if you don't, trust us. Returning guests usually request the same suite, and we hold it."

Can we hold a specific suite without paying yet?
We hold a suite for 72 hours from your initial inquiry, no deposit, no commitment.
What's the difference between Villa and Garden suites?
Villa suites are in the main 16th-century building, larger, higher ceilings, valley views. Garden suites are in the converted stable wing, slightly smaller, garden-facing.
Is there an accessible suite?
Suite Limone is fully step-free with a roll-in shower. Two of the Garden suites (Camelia, Magnolia) are step-free at ground level.
Can we book multiple suites for a group?
Yes. Block bookings get a single concierge who coordinates across all suites. Rates and minimums on the Group page.
Do prices include tax?
All rates exclude Italian VAT (10%) and Pienza city tax (€2/person/night, max 7 nights).
Suite Principale is €1,800/night — what's in it?
95 sqm, two bedrooms, a private terrace overlooking the entire valley, an outdoor copper bath, a private kitchenette, butler service.
