Full estate buyouts · Milestone trips · Reunions

Take the whole estate. Bring the people who matter.

Forty hectares, twenty-four suites, one chef. From the moment you arrive, the only people here are yours.

What's included

What "buyout" actually means

  • All 24 suites, exclusively.
  • All shared spaces: pool, library, cellar, terrace, chapel, gardens.
  • Three meals a day, plus aperitivo. Wine pairings or open bar — your choice.
  • Estate staff: chef + sous chefs + sommelier + concierge + housekeeping + grounds.
  • The driver. The dogs (Furio and Olivetta). The estate cat, who will pick a favorite among you on day one.
  • Whatever programming you want to layer on.

Six activities to layer on

Pick what fits the group

Truffle hunt

Three hours in the woods with Marco and his dog, ending in a truffle omelette breakfast.

Cooking workshop

Three pasta shapes, two hours, with Donata. Group eats lunch.

Cellar Olympics

Five-team blind tasting competition. Sommelier judges. Winning team gets a magnum.

Vespa convoy

Six-Vespa convoy through three villages, lunch in Pienza, return by sunset.

Olive harvest

November only. Pick olives, press them, take a bottle home.

Private chapel concert

A string trio plays for an hour in the chapel. Works particularly well as a Saturday-night opener.

"We've done these reunions every five years. This was the first one nobody complained about. The kids stayed at the kids' table. The adults got to be adults."

Frequently asked

Before you book

What's the minimum group size for a full buyout?
Twenty guests in 12 occupied suites.
Can families with children come?
Yes. We have cribs, high chairs, a small children's menu, and a pool that's supervised in summer.
Can each guest pay separately?
Either. Most groups have one host who pays the buyout fee, with optional add-ons (massages, helicopter pickups) billed individually.
What if the group needs more than 24 suites?
We've placed up to 12 additional guests in two nearby agriturismi (15 minutes by car). The estate is still yours during the day.
Can we bring pets?
Two dogs per suite by prior arrangement.
What about staff for the host?
A dedicated concierge runs the entire stay for the host. They sit in your final pre-trip Zoom call.
Cancellation?
30% non-refundable on signing. The remaining 70% is fully refundable up to 90 days out, partially after that.
