Frequently asked

Before you book

Do you do single-day meetings?
No. Our minimum is two nights — anything shorter doesn't justify the trip. Day-only events for nearby groups are the exception, by negotiation.
Is there a dedicated coordinator?
Yes. Every retreat gets a dedicated coordinator from booking through departure. They sit in your final pre-trip Zoom call.
Can you handle dietary restrictions across a 24-person group?
Yes — we ask for restrictions when the room block confirms, then design parallel menus. Halal, kosher, vegan, gluten-free, allergy-specific are all routine.
What about late-night work?
The boardroom and library stay open 24/7. Coffee is on a thermos in the south wing. The kitchen leaves a small night menu.
Can spouses or partners join?
Yes, in your suite. We don't include them in catering by default — flag at booking and we adjust counts.
Is there cell coverage?
Yes — Italian carriers (Vodafone, TIM) work everywhere. The wifi is faster.
Direct billing and corporate invoicing?
Yes — net-30 invoicing on PO, or pre-payment. We handle EU VAT correctly for cross-border bookings.
Closing dinner — anything special?
Most teams ask for the chef to come out and explain the menu. The sommelier opens something old for the closing toast. We can engrave the date into the wine glass.

Send the dates and the headcount. We'll send the proposal.
