- Long breakfast. Pool. Lunch. Read. Aperitivo. Long dinner.
- Day 3
- Pienza in the morning. Lunch in town. Cellar tasting in the evening.
- Day 4
- Your one experience (truffle hunt / cooking / vineyard / Vespa).
- Day 5
- The day you do nothing at all. The day people remember.
- Day 6
- A goodbye lunch. Late departure. Driver waits.
Most guests reorder these or skip half. The pacing is a suggestion, not a rule.

Before you book
Why a six-night minimum?
The pacing of the experience requires it. Below six nights, there isn't time to slow down.
Can we add nights?
Yes, at the per-night extension rate. Extensions are subject to availability.
What if we don't drink?
We adjust the rate. Tell us at booking and we substitute non-alcoholic pairings; the rate drops by €40 per person per day.
What if we don't want the included experience?
Skip it. Or swap it for an extra spa treatment. Or pool it across the trip if traveling solo.
Children?
Welcome. The 35% rate covers their meals and stay. Kids' menus on request, the chef makes pasta even toddlers will eat.
Dietary needs?
All accommodated. Halal, kosher, vegan, gluten-free, allergy-specific. Tell us at booking.
What's the cancellation?
Fully refundable up to 60 days out. Then 50% refundable to 30 days. Non-refundable inside 30 days.
Is there a single-traveler version?
Yes — 60% of the couple rate. We seat solo travelers at small tables in the dining room.
