What's the minimum and maximum group size?
Minimum 16. Maximum 48 (24 keys × 2 occupancy).
Is helicopter required?
No, but it's the most-requested touch. Round-trip car from Florence is the alternative — 90 minutes each way.
Branded materials lead time?
Three weeks for design + delivery. Six weeks if your team is providing the design files.
What's the budget envelope?
Three-night programs start at €4,800/person all-in for groups of 24.
Can you accommodate plus-ones?
Yes — many incentive programs include partners. Plus-one programming runs in parallel.
