Frequently asked

Before you book

What's included in the honeymoon rate?
Suite, breakfast, welcome dinner, one cellar tasting, and unlimited use of the pool, library, and grounds. Other meals and experiences à la carte.
When's the best time to come?
April–early June and September–October are our favorite seasons. Quieter, soft light, mild evenings. July and August are stunning but warmer; book pool-side suites.
Can we extend last-minute?
Whenever the suite's free, yes. We hold a 24-hour grace on extension before the next guests arrive.
Can we customize the welcome?
Champagne in the room is standard. We can also do flowers, hand-written notes from family, a private chapel concert, anything you tell us in advance.
What about transfers?
Round-trip car from Florence (FLR) or Pisa (PSA) is included on stays of 7 nights or more. Helicopter on request.
Is the estate quiet enough for a honeymoon when there's a wedding?
Weddings happen on the terrace and chapel side; honeymoon suites are deliberately on the opposite wing. We will tell you in advance if a wedding falls in your window.
